- Whenever I wake up in the morning, I look up at my board where I usually put my "To-Do List" and reminders. Everytime I see that I have achieved something from the list, it makes me feel fulfilled. I feel happy and productive and I thought, "I lived a good life". Eating or going out with my family and friends also makes me feel flourished. Being able to reach this far in college after our rough journey from online classes last school year to adjusting for the onsite classes since last semester, that simple thing makes me think and feel that I, indeed, lived a good life.

- I guess people really have different ways and perception of living a good life but what's common within them is that it is full of goodness and they are all flourishing.
