- reply email:Yes, so sorry to hear that the fish wasn't waterproof. However, we never promised our fish to be waterproof. Our product said they had a long-life expectancy. It had explained in the instructions to not put it in water as it can damage the life expectancy. if you have paid the extra £5 from ordering then we can offer a replacement free of charge.
