- Hi, I'm Winston Churchill. Prime Minister of England and leader of the U.K during WWII. Let me tell you about the battle of Britain.
- Nazi Germany had taken over most of Europe, Great Britain being the only European power not yet defeated. Hitler needed to takeover the island but first he knew he had to defeat our Royal Air Force. The Germans made multiple bombing runs on our airfields near the southern coast some successful, some repelled. But eventually Hitler became frustrated and sent an all out attack. Outnumbered, our brave pilots repelled the Germans and ended their siege of Great Britain.
- Before 8am the alarm went off all throughout the base. Everyone was confused because we were not at war and sure weren't expecting any sort of attack. We all set up at our battle stations thinking the Germans had come. But when a plane seemingly purposely crashed into one of our aircraft carriers we knew what was going on. The Japanese had planned an all out assault of the naval base at Pearl Harbor and here they were to carry out that plan. Over 200 aircraft were reigning down fire on our anti-aircraft guns and battleships. Some were dive bombing the way they had been almost programmed to. Around 9:15 the attack ceased. Confused we started to gather the wounded and dead. At 10:00 sharp the second wave came in, this time with battleships, a lot of them. After the attack we were in ruins. Over 20 ships destroyed or damaged, over 2,000 people including 49 civilians dead, and over 300 aircraft destroyed or damaged. The next day the US declared war on Japan and we eventually made them pay.

- Hi my name is Yo Shin. For the duration of WWII I was a Japanese commander serving under Admiral Yamamoto. After the battle of Midway I was captured and became a POW. Speaking of here's how the battle played out. A brilliant plan by a brilliant planner, the Admiral was convinced that his plan of drawing out the US and then trapping them in was going to work. We set out on that warm June morning ready for the defeat of the US Navy. But as we approached them we were intercepted by torpedo attack planes. We managed to destroy all of them and not one of their torpedoes hit but we became frightened. If the US knew to send those attack planes how much more did they know? We were dive bombed at by the American dive bombers and 3 of our 4 aircraft carriers were destroyed. I was lucky enough to be on our last remaining carrier and we managed to take out the USS Yorktown but we were destroyed in the process. I escaped in a raft but was captured soon after.
