- Pheidippides go get some help from the Marathons

- So King Darius sent out 600 ships and 25,000 men’s, Athens new they were greatly outnumber
- Pheidippides ran 2 days and night to the marathon. They agreed but would not March until a full moon wish sis 9 days away. Athens couldn’t wait, so they met the Persians on the plains of Marathon.
- The Persians was no match for the Athens because they were lightly armor.6,400 Persians were killed and only 192 Athenians were killed.
