- Before Potato Famine
- I smell potatoes
- I got a potatoe for tonight!
- The Potatoes blight begins
- what do we eat then
- These potatoes are rotten!

- During the Famine
- I'm starving
- Im hungry
- During the 1500's, ireland was torn apart by constant warfare, as a result of this continental conflict, ireland's peasent frammers had a hard time growing enough food for people. In the year 1600's, potatoes were introduced.
- A boat to a new world
- in 1845, when a fungus like organism called Phytophthore infestations speread troughout ireland. It ruinned up to half of the potatoes crops of that year, and a about three qaurese of the crops over the next 7 years.
- The Journey
- We are dying!
- During the Famine the people in ireland started to be hungry and are staving to death.
- Settlings in new life
- I am so happy we came!!
- Because people were dying in ireland, most people move to ireland to america and other places. Ireland population of 8.4 mllion fell about to 6.6 million. about 1 million people died from stavration or from other Famine related diseaes.
- People satrted dying due to the less food that were provoided to them.
- The people that make it to the amercias settled in an started a new life for themself and familes.
