Cyberbullying is as cruel as physical bullying and it is a problem with social media.
It can lead to isolation and depression, desperation and much, much worse. It may take some people many years to recover from the trauma and torment of cyberbullying.
Cyberbullying can leave a person feeling like there is no escape and no-one that they can turn to.
It doesn't have to be that way...
There are steps you can take to prevent cyberbullying:1. Check your privacy settings and make sure that only friends and family you trust have access to you online
2. Be careful of what you post - bullies don't need you to help them bully!3. Turn off at night. It is a simple but great way to tune out and give yourself a rest from the drama
