- I heard that farmers in Telangana use innovative methods of farming in order to prevent soil degradation and improve its fertility
- Hello! I am Amar, I work with an NGO based in Haryana called 'Jeevan.
- Look! there is actually some one working at the farm, Let's go and see how they are planting the seeds in order to prevent soil erosion
- It improves soil health, optimize nutrients in the soil and combat pest and weed pressure
- Crop Rotation, is the method of growing different types of crops on the same piece of land for the season.
- Agroforestry is the process of growing crops near trees to create a safe ecosystem and protect them from external foe
- hydroponic is the method of growing crops in water instead of soil, they use less water have faster and better yields and can be grown year round.
- Soil degradation is a very serious issue for our society, those were some ways farmers of Telangana use to prevent it
- I will teach farmers of Haryana these methods through our NGO so we can prevent degradation and leave a better land for future generations
