- Mount Chilliad
- A year earlier, his father Jim passed away, Trevor feels like he never made his father proud.
- His father climbed the mountain, so he wants to do the same.
- Sunny day, good weather, no wind, no rain, no snow forecast.
- He sets off, soft snow under his feet, It's hard work but he believes he can do it in 4 hours, take a breather, and go back.
- As he walks, Trevor thinks about his past, future, dad, family, ambitions, plans.
- He is almost at the top, He is feeling very tired but he keeps going.

- Then Suddenly he realises, AVALANCHE!!!, he looks up and sees ripples of snow like waves in the ocean.
- He runs as fast as he can trying to outrun the avalanche, His heart racing.
- But the snow is falling too fast as he gets swept off his feet, falling into fast-falling snow.
- He remembers something from survival lessons: Swim like your in the ocean to stay on the surface
- He's been trapped under the snow, no sound, no vision, only silence, All he feels is pain, everything hurts and he passes out.
- My whole body hurts

- Am I going to die
- relax
- Rescue will come
- Don't panic

- He is very cold, he is finding it very hard to breath and he is taking on very bad hyperthermia.
- I can't breath
- I am so cold
- omg it just missed me
- Then He hears footsteps, dogs barking in the snow above him. He feels the search rod just skim his nose.
- Next one hits him in the leg, he hears the dogs digging, people digging, as he cries for help they finally reach him and he is saved.
