- How about the girls physical changes?
- You may develop body odour, you will begin to grow hair on the vagina, armpits and legs and maybe even sometimes your top lip.
- For girls your breasts will start to form and will continue to grow.
- Oh no! I hope I don't grow hair on my top lip.
- You may also get pimples and acne due to over productive sebaceous glands.
- You will grow rapidly both taller and wider and your hips begin to store more fat.
- Wow! that's incredible puberty. I wonder what the emotional changes are?
- During puberty, the emotional changes boys and girls may experience include mood swings, confusion, feeling sensitive, uncertain, self conscious and vulnerable
- Ahh yes and finally the emotional changes .
- Why am I crying?
- You could also experience confusion about identity and self, peer pressure and finally strong sexual feelings and urges.
- Uhhh how do I look I don't feel like I belong here.
- 5 years later....
- Yay! we survived puberty it's actually not that bad after all.
- Puberty isn't evil it's just part of our life.
- And there is no need to be embarrassed or upset because everybody goes through these things.
