- Welcome to elementary school! I'm Miss K, I'm going to take you on the journey of empowering teachers.
- Here in my classroom I teach my students based solely on standardized tests and strict lesson plans, leaving me no room for creativity.
- Maybe I should give up teaching, I never receive feedback or get the opportunity to collaborate with my colleagues. I don't feel empowered.
- I'm feeling as though my work is unappreciated and I never receive any feedback.
- Miss K, you and your fellow peers have been heard and we are coming up with new ways to empower all teachers.
- Mr. B, what way are we going to empower teachers? We need to come up with new ways, or else they are going to leave this profession.
- I agree, perhaps giving teachers the opportunity to collaborate with their colleagues and allow for them to be leaders, having input on the design of the cirriculum.
- Hello Miss K! Mr. B and I have come up with some new ways to empower you and your fellow peers. To start we want to give the opportunity to collaborate with each-other and allow you to have input on the design of the curriculum.
- Thank you Miss C, I think these new ways of empowerment will help us to become better educators.
