- A Customer informs the manger that their driver has been adding customers on social media and making fun with people with disabilities
- This driver has previously made inappropriate comments on another employee's pictures, but this was resolved with mediation and he apologized for his error in judgement.
- The client is threatening to take their business elsewhere because they don't want to be associated with anyone who thinks disabilities are a joke. You haven't received any other complaints.
