- I just read that my favorite celebrity was caught in some kind of scandal.
- Wait where did you read that at? Did you fact check the site?
- Why should that matter? I got it off the internet, the internet is never wrong.
- Well, that's not completely true matt, anyone can make a website and edit them. Like, Wikipedia for example, I could go and edit the page if I wanted and make it say anything I want it to.
- Wait really? I thought that the internet was ran by super smart people who knew the answer to everything and all the latest drama
- So which website did you get the information from?
- Well, I actually saw it on my instagram feed. But, if the internet is edited by people than maybe I shouldn't trust everything I see on social media
- Some people post untrue thing on social media on purpose, so maybe look it up and then fact check the site you find.
