- They used the Royal Palm to make large canoes that could fit 100 people!
- The Taino people valued kindness and generosity, they made sure that everyone had enough to eat!
- They were kind to everyone and everything, including the environment.
- Community leaders and medicine people did as much work as the others, hunting and foraging!
- They lived in a peaceful environment, with little bickering. They cared for themselves and each other.
