Storyboard Text
- First the sperm must travel through the vagina, looking for the egg. They then enter the cervix.
- Through the cervix, the sperm travel to and enter the uterus. From the uterus, they go into the fallopian tube to find the egg.
- The egg is released from the ovary and the sperm that have reached the egg try to penetrate its wall.
- Only 1 out of the 300 million sperm that entered the vagina s can enter the egg.
- Once the sperm and egg fuse, they become a cell called a zygote.
- The zygote then becomes an embryo, which becomes a baby.
