Storyboard Text

  • "Why do you got to get killed? You ain't so little as mice. I didn't bounce you hard." He bent the pup's head up and looked in its face, and he said to it, "Now maybe George ain't gonna let me tend no rabbits, if he fin's out you got killed.". Pg. 85 in Computer Book
  • In this scene, Lennie is petting the puppy that he killed. He is talking about how he might not be able to tend the rabbits. This is important because it shows the beginning of things starting to go wrong and it shows how much Lennie wants and needs to tend the rabbits.
  • "Please don't," he begged. "Oh! Please don't do that. George'll be mad." pg. 91 of computer book
  • In this Scene, Lennie is pulling on Curely's wife hair very hard because he is scared of her screams. This is significant because this is the part were things go wrong and shows how much Lennie needs George to let him tend the rabbits.
  • "Let go," she cried. "You let go!"pg. 90 in computer Book
  • In this Scene, Lennie has realized that Curley's wife is dead and that Lennie has killed her. This is important because it shows that George could never really trust Lennie and he knew that since the beginning.
  • "I should of knew," George said hopelessly. "I guess maybe way back in my head I did." pg. 93 in computer book.
