- Student has a one-on-one session with a career counsellor for guidance and to figure out which skills might need to be developed.

- The student then attends the necessary workshops and sessions (physical or online) to develop new skills and gain some confidence.
- The student has a peer review session with another student who has gone through this process for help on their resume as well as advice for how to progress.
- The student submitted their resume with a liaison officer and was successful in finding a suitable job through QUT SES
