- Meet Eugene! The newly super villain with powers that are able to mess up the functions of the brain. Eugene is very bored and can't wait to cause some mayhem!
- Maybe I should go around and use my anatomical brain powers and mess with people's Wernicke's Area, Parietal Lobe, Hippocampus, Cerebellum, etc
- Whoa dude... I'm like super bored right now :(
- Besides, I feel like I've been a little too nice lately... SO I SHOULD CAUSE SOME CHAOS IN THIS CITY MWAHAHAHA
- Hmmm.... Eugene observes the little kids and plots on how to sabotage them.
