Storyboard Text
- The scene opens in the mid-1980s with a young boy, aged 8-10 years old. He is listening to his Walkman, having a great day.
- The next shot, the child hears the bell ring over his headphones and rushes to class, now with a box of Nerds in his hand.
- His friends approach hands extended as the camera focuses in on the child pouring the Nerds into his and his friends' hands as the class is about to begin.
- The previous scene cuts from the boys face smiling with headphones in, now to him all grown up running in the morning, modern headphones in his ear.
- He goes into his home while removing the headphones, straight to the kitchen, maybe hydrates, but then goes straight for the pantry and grabs two purple boxes , as his son enters with a backpack on.
- The father places one of the boxes in his son's lunch as he leaves for school. On the way to the door the father opens his box and sneaks a few bites of his Nerds and then his son extends his hand for his lunch expectingly, just as his classmates had.
