- It sets the scene and shows the reader the tone of the scene. the focus is on the setting and how the setting will play into the context of the situation.
- P.O.V-Larates perspective
- to show the viewer the characters emotions and their reactions to what the other is saying, also in this scene laertes is at a taller angle to show he is currently the one with superiority in the situation. Right now the focus is on Ophelia and Laretes emotions as a pair and how they are reacting with each other.
- High Camera Angle
- Shows the viewer what she is experiencing to put the audience in her shoes to see how she might feel. Right now the focus is on how both of the charchters feel on what the other is saying in a more individual sense.
- Pan into The Two- Shot
- to see ophelias reaction and how she is taking what he is saying to her. The focus is on ophelias emotions.
- to better demonstrate the view of Laretes being on the floor packing and Ophelia standing over him, this shows the viewer the switch in power where Ophelia has now gained the power in the conversation with her responses to Laertes. The focus is on the power change that takes place when Ophelia grabs the audiences attention.
