- Antigone and Ismene had known the death of their brothers, and Antigone was sad about Polyneices who couldn't have a proper burial due to his crime.

- I'm going to bury Polyneices!!!!
- Antigone! You dare.....!!!!!
- Antigone's pride and stubbornness lead to her tragic end(she did not deny that given her brother a proper burial is a mistake/break of law).

- Antigone accepted her fate and went for death, in which her conflict with Creon in the novel will never be solved(therefore it's tragic).
