- PUSH FACTOR- Jeffrey wants to live in a place where he can have diners, healthy restaurants, and supermarkets.
- PULL FACTOR- Jeffrey will move to a place where he can quickly find a store and walk there.
- PULL FACTOR- Jeffrey wants a good and encouraging neighborhood.
