- Sweetheart, we lost all of our money...
- WHAT!? What did you do!!
- One big part of the Roaring 20's were Speakeasy's. Because of alcohol being prohibited, companies had to make and sell it secretly, and people would drink it in buildings illegally.
- Stock Market Crash
- Another one gone.
- Dancing and Jazz music became very popular in the 20's. People would dance whenever there was music. Everyone was thriving as their stocks went up, so they all got more and more money.
- Great Depression
- Mama i'm hungry!
- Just as everything was going good, it all soon quickly came to an end in 1929 when the stock market crashed. Everyone who had invested lost all of their money.

- Because of the guilt and shame they would receive, some decided to take their own life instead facing their family and telling them they lost all of their money.
- Many had to beg for scraps just so they could survive another day, and try to support their family. It was never enough and lots of people passed away because of this.
