- This is How Adler sees me
- I wish I could be as "Perfect" as my oldest sister! Its so unfair
- This is how Freud sees me
- Dad my room is to small!! I want a new one
- Okay you can get mom and I's room. We'll move into this room.
- This is how Horney sees me
- I can't believe he just broke up with me!! At least i have you guys to make me feel better.
- Adler claims that the birth order of siblings determines the child's personality and feeling of Inferiority. Depending on the child's order, their personalities differ and they may feel as if being considered important is the most important thing. I experience this in my own life due to my older sister. Often times it feels as if she is perfect and can do no wrong.
- This is how Bandura sees me
- I just fell going up the stair! That is so embarrassing I bet everyone saw ands is looking at me now.
- Freud's ideas focused on our unconscious thought process and our emotional responses to childhood experience influence how we behave when we are older. I experienced this through my cousin. As a child she received everything she wanted and was never told the word no. When she got older she had the same attitude and would become very angry if she did not get her way.
- This is how Costa & McCrae sees me
- Horney claimed we often feel helpless, anxious, and even lost when it comes to the issue of receiving enough love. She also stated we do things to build our personality around fighting off rejection. This could be through social interaction or even surrounding yourself around friends or people you know love you. I experienced this when the first boy I liked dint like me back. I was very upset however, I used my friends to help me fight my feelings of rejection.

- Bandura has many ideas however one in particular is the spotlight effect. The spotlight effect is when we as people assume others have their attention on us, when in reality they really don't. This happened to me on day at school because I tripped when walking up the stairs. I assumed everyone was watching and talking about me but in reality, nobody saw it and they all were engaged in their own conversations.
- Costa and McCrae developed the idea that our personality types can be broken down in to 5 main categories. These categories include openness, conscientious, extraverted, agreeable, and neurotic. Depending on how you act and your personality, this will determine which category your personality best fits. I experience this when i see large friend groups out in public. It makes me question why I am not as outgoing as them
- wow those kids are so outgoing and energetic! I wish I could be as extroverted as them
- Jung developed the idea that we as humans share a collective unconscious which is a common bank of images and symbols shared by all cultures. This could be associated with many different things however I always associate with the meaning of true love. To me true love is just like the love in princess movies like Cinderella, and Beauty and the Beast.
