- THE HAPPY PRINCEA long time ago , in the center of a small town stood the statue of a prince adorned with gold and gemstones .
- In the meantime , a pigeon on the way south decided to rest on the statue because it was almost nightfall and he was tired and sleepy .
- In the middle of the night , the pigeon woke up and saw the prince crying .
- And the pigeon readily agreed
- There is a sick boy.He can't afford to buy medicine .Can you take this ruby to him?
- Why are you crying prince?
- With every person they helped , the statue looked more and more hideous
- For the following few days, at the prince's request the pigeon stayed and continued helping others .
- Please give them this sapphire .
- There are a few homeless kids down the block .
- They kept helping people until one day, the pigeon could'nt bear the cold anymore and passed away .
- The Prince was so devastated that his lead heart broke . So the people decided to burn thestatue
- Oh,no dear pigeon. You stayed here because of me and now you died!!!
- In the meantime God send his angel to find the 2 most beautiful things on earth and the angel brought the lead heart and dead pigeon .
- Although both the bird and the prince died , they were both reunited in heaven .
