- The Princess and the lost tiger: Amina c
- *Sigh* Oh me oh my, how I wish I could escape this dreaded kingdom!  my tiger has escaped before me! I wonder what the distance is between my castle and the next one
- I must use trigonometry from from medieval math to escape and find my tiger!
- Well from the left side of my castle is 15 m to the bottom and the bottoms of the castle and the tower  is about 12 m. So that means I have to find the hypotenuse of the top of my castle and the top of the tower.
- well I didn't take medieval math for nothing. I'm pretty sure I'd use tangent to solve this, tangent is your opposite over your adjacent. In my case it would be  15/12. Then that would mean my hypotenuse would be  20 m and my angle of elevation would be 48.59. Now I can plan my escape and find my darling tiger
- my tiger noticed the level of elevation was 60 degrees and he used sine (60) times x/15. This made home realize the post is 13ft tall
- my tiger has been roaming all day and decided to take a break.  He wanted  to see how tall the lamp post was, so he could sit on it and scare people. He was always good at  trig and he knew this was his chance to use it.
