- she buys her first Plane, a kinner airster, in 1921.
- How she changed America
- She was the first woman to cross the atlantic ocean in 1928. In 1932 she flew across the atlantic ocean alone. In both instances she made history flying across the the atlantic ocean.
- Her place wreckage was ever found. She was last heard by saying "We are on the line 157-337 flying north and south." Earlier she had told them that she was on them but could not see them. They still haven't found the wreckage.
- She helped change America by showing people that you can do whatever you set your mind to especially girls/woman. She showed woman that they can choose the profession they want and are capable of doing the same things as men can.
