- Hi Venktesh Sir!How are you?I was curious to know what made you join DCM Shriram?
- It’s been great, of course, I am here since 2015! See once I joined the organization, I was a part of the 600 TPD project and then the 1350 TPDproject. Our profits increased; the prices of our stock went up. When I joined the projects had just started. I realized that the work culture here is very dynamic. The systems in place, here, are so flexible that it can accommodate any last-minute changes or additions.

- The seniors and HODs are very open tosuggestions; even if you behind on some project, you are allowed to take a callon what the best way to move forward might be. I have seen that we are free tomould ourselves according to the situation. No one is rigid about roles; theresponsibilities change according to the situation. The culture of DCM Shriramis very flexible.

You know this is interesting asbefore I joined the company, I had a clear idea that there are many on-going projects and that they are expanding their plant capacities. At that time, Ihad two other job offers too but I wanted to join a company where I could workon projects hands on because in such a work environment you get to learneverything from scratch and the growth one can experience is multi-fold.
