- A day in life with mental health in South Korea.
- This is Park Yoo-na she lives in South Korea and she suffers from mental health.
- School in South Korea is more strict, longer and harder.School for high schoolers mostly last from 8am-10pm.Yoo-na constantly gets stressed and starts having panic attacks and anxiety but she tries her best.
- Her parents are very hard on her,she gets yelled at all the time for not being at the top of her class although she stays up late at night and tries her very best to achieve it.
- She tries to tell her parents but they don't take her seriously and thinks that she is just making up excuses for grades.
- Many people in South Korea suffer from Mental illness.Most people don't even get help with it.Promoting Mental Heath can help with people like her.
