- The Tsar announce that Germany and Austria have declared war on Russia. They declared the war because of the murder.

- The revolutionaries take over the winter palace. They want the Tsar to abdicate the throne.

- Mama and Katya flee to the Oaks. When they find out the Oaks where burned, they live with Nina and Stephan.

- Katya leave the Oaks with Misha and goes to St Peterburg. Mama stays with Nina and Stephan.
