- Oh man... I'm getting tired about worrying my studies, It's having a huge toll in my health.
- I really need a break like right now, just thinking about school is pressuring me a lot.
- Hey, did I just hear you ranting about your pressure in school?
- Oh I forgot to introduce myself, sorry about that, my name is Sarah, and you are?
- So I heard you're having a hard time at school, not to pry in your business but is there something you would like to share?
- I'm John, nice to meet you Sarah
- And who might you be?
- Well, yes it's really pressuring me that I need a break real soon.
- If you're ever having a hard time with your mental health, you could join in a program I'm in which is called "Isip Pangalagaan". And as you heard it is a program about easing your stress. We do all sorts of things just to ease stress, that includes Yoga, we also share what makes us stressed so we can help each other out, and lastly we give services for people in need.
