- I’m so unhappy here. I have no friends or entertainment. All I have is my mom and dad.
- There is nothing here for me anymore. There has been so much famine as none of our crops ever grow from these droughts.
- There is no universities near us for miles! I’m going to have to move somewhere else. I really want to move to Durban.

- Woohoo! Look at all these people. I can make so many new friends.
- The pull factor: safety, lower crime rate due to more policemen around the area
