- After 2 decades Manuel finally returned to his mother but with a wife. Ah Puy went to get them from the airport

- Mei Lu was shocked at what she have seen a big black girl is her daughter in law. There is a standard of beauty in China and an expectation of how a girl should look. But Manuel after 2 decades of not contacting his mother suddenly goes home with a wife that is nowhere near the standard of how a woman should look in China.

- :After seeing Manuel he was a changed man his beliefs have changed and his appearance as well. His mother could not accept that his son whom she had not seen in 2 decades brought home a wife that is not acceptable in their standards. Mei Lu had a heated argument because of that.

- After that argument Mei Lu was rushed to the hospital because of a stock and Carlos”the cousin” consoled Manuel and said she would heal Mei Lu.
- Consuelo”the wife” saved Mei Lu from the stroke but Manuel found out that his wife already died because of that.
- They mourned the death of Consuelo and put her next to their fathers in honor of her. Manuel went back to Amazon to make up to Consuelo’s people for what have happened and mourn for her there.
