- Hello! My name is Dima, I will be telling you a lot of information about the arab world!
- For example, my ethnicity group is Arab. They usually wear thawbs as a choice clothing. And the main language they speak is Arabic, but also Muslim. The Arab world consists of a population among 22 countries, mostly in the Middle East but some in Africa.
- What's an ethnicity group ?
- Its a large group of people who share the same cultural traditions.
- And other are Persians. They have a dress code for women than make them wear hijabs, and the language they speak is Farsi or Persian.
- Most Persians stay in Persia or what is now known as Iran. And their religion in Shi'a Islam.
- There are also the Kurds. The Kurds live in mountain areas around Turkey, Syria, Iran and Iraq. The Kurds like to call the area Kurdistan but it is not and official country yet.
- For the most part Kurds are Sunni Muslim; only 5% are Shi'a. The Kurds speak Kurdish which is an Indo-European language related to Farsi.
- Before you leave please come and try some of our food from the Arabian Cuisine.
- I'll admit I didn't expect that food to be that good! It's exquisite.
