- Don’t worry, be happy!!! I already bought a new cake for Amin’s just incase for emergency.
- Amin’s, you know what, there something happen to your birthday cake. I suddenly stop and your cake was dropped.
- OHHH, I just learn about this phenomenon at school. This what we call Inertia. An object at rest tends to stay at rest and object in motion tends to stay in motion unlessacted upon by an external force. The First Law also states that all objects have inertia.

- Inertia:The tendency of an object to resist changes in its state of motion.For example:Inertia of rest - An object stays where it is placed, and it will stay there until you or something else moves it. (i.e. Dust particles stay at rest until you shake a carpet.)Inertia of motion - An object will continue at the same speed until a force acts on it. (i.e. Body going forward when a car stops.)Inertia of direction - An object will stay moving in the same direction unless a force acts on it. (One's body movement to the side when a car makes a sharp turn.)
