- why do we have to do all the work, but we get the smallest reward!
- The peasants (Third Estate) were mad that they had to do all of the work and had to pay the most taxes even though they were the most poor.
- We all have the same rights now.
- Once Louis and Maria got married they came to power and they people were very mad at the way Louis was ruling. They disliked how he was so indecisive and they didn't want him to rule
- Even though the majority of the population (93%) was peasantry and the working class they still had the lowest power. The third estate wished for more power so they started the uprise.
- Causes of the French Revolution
- It gave everyone equal rights no matter what class or distinction you were so the previously higher up are now equal so they are angry, but the peasants are happy.
- People would now be able to have a reasonable trial and not just be put into the guillotine if the authority felt they did something wrong.
