- My scenarioScenario: Your ILA teacher assigns your class 10 questions to answer individually before class tomorrow. Tommy and Chuckie decided to each do 5 questions and then swap answers that evening after they finish.
- Now class you have to finish these 10 questions by yourself before class tomorrow.
- The teacher assigns a test for everyone that determines a big part of their grades.
- I have to finish these questions before tomorrow's class or else I'll get a bad grade! I am glad I studied on these topics it really helps.
- Farheen studied a lot and gets help from the teacher. She thinks that she will get a really good grade. After finishing each question, Farheen decides to go to the library.
- Farheen is mad that she finds her classmates swapping answer, and she worked so hard but her classmates didn't and will probably get a better score.
- Are those Jake and Max giving each other the answers? I worked so hard and studied a lot to try and get a good grade. But they are cheating and probably are going to get a better one!!
- I am so glad that we did this. It is so much easier than doing 10 questions, and we are probably going to get 100.
- Who is cheating in your scenario In my scenario Jake and Max are cheating.
- Would you consider this is cheating? Why or why not? Yes I would because they were supposed to complete the questions on their own and not swap answers with each other.
- How did they cheat? Explain. They did 5 questions each of a test and then swapped answers when they were supposed to work independently.
- How would you handle this situation if you were placed in this situation? I would quietly tell the teacher about the situation and also tell them that what they were doing isn't ok.
