- ZzzZzZ (murmurs) pizza yum... it's great Josh.
- Hey Walter, how's the food man! It's incredibly good.
- He say somethin about some ice cubes?
- Decoding: Walter has decoded Josh's words incorrectly and thinks that he said to get ice cubes instead of ice cream.
- Walter, why don't you go and ask the cashier if we can get ice cream?
- Haha, yeah sure Josh!
- What's so funny about getting ice-cream? I'm gonna ask him when he comes back.
- Encoding: Josh is going to formulate his next question for his father on what was so funny.
- Sender: Josh saying if the food is good.Receiver: Grandpa Walter saying the pizza was good.Channel: Face to face verbally speaking.Feedback: Grandpa giving the thumbs up as well as verbally saying that the food was good.
