Beowulf

Hrothgar and his soldiers live happily in the Mead Hall

Grendell comes to the Mead Hall one night and kills many of the soldiers, causing fear within the Kingdom of the Danes

Hrothgar begs the Gaeyts for help. They send Beowulf, their greatest warrior

Beowulf goes off and fights Grendel. He succeeds in killing him and takes his arm with him as a keepsake from his battle.

Grendel's mother sets out for revenge. She sends a dragon out to kill Beowulf. Beowulf kills the dragon with the help of his comrade Wiglaf. However, Grendel's mother gets what she wants. Beowulf dies.

Before death, Grendel returns home to his mother where he dies in his mother's arms Now that heronly child is dead, Grendel's mother wants revenge.

A funeral is held for Beowulf on the beach as they send him off with treasures. The people who came to the funeral gave offerings to send off with his body. Little did they know, Grendel's mother was still alive and angrier than before.

"I will make them pay for what they did to you my son."

"I wish for my people to no longer suffer and live in fear."

"I will get rif of this beast for you, your majesty."

"This will be your last battle."
