There's been a lot of happenings in our surroundings lately so it is a must for us to know what to do

That's right mom! And so I want to share with you the knowledge I gained on the things we can do in case of disaster

So first, we must have an emergency kit where we can store food and water supplies, batteries, flashlight and first aids

oh, just like this? is that right, mom?

Second, we need to have an emergency plan. For instance, familiarize ourselves with the exits that we can run to.

It is also important for us to be knowledgeable and aware of the warning signals we see on tv and other social media platforms

that also includes knowing the basic first aid application and numbers of emergency hotlines

yes, it is for us to be always prepared and alert anytime

Third, we must build good relationship with our neighbors because at the end of the day, we will be the ones who will help one another

So as we provide ourselves information with these disasters. We must also know how to prepare ourselves in case this happen

We cannot stop natural disasters but we can arm ourselves with knowledge: so many lives wouldn't have to be lost if there was enough disaster preparedness.

Lastly, we must know our roles as citizens to help not only ourselves but also others to prevent the caused that it may bring to us
