- In this event, is when King George III draws a line on a map saying that the colonists can't move past it, and the rest of the land belongs to the Natives.
- Quartering Act
- Yeah. I live here now.
- The British government put a tax on the Americans, saying they have to pay for a stamp on important papers. The Americans protested, by burning stamps, stopping newspapers, and causing riots.
- The Boston Massacre
- Right after the British got rid of the Stamp act, they made a new law saying that they could tax colonists in the furture, if they desired
- Boston Tea Party
- This act now allows any British soldier to live in a colonists house. Whomever house they are in must supply them with a place, food, and water.
- W-Wait. Who are you?!?
- British soldiers shot at and killed five people in Boston on March 5, 1770
- Fire!
- The Boston Tea Party was when people in Boston dumped a bunch of tea into the harbor, after they had a tax put on tea.
