- In the kitchen make sure that all stoves and ovens are turned off after using them
- Add smoke alarms around your house ! These are very important so that you are alarmed when fire in near. You should have them outside of rooms.
- Don't EVER leave flammable things around fire!!! It will lead to a giant fire. (flammable ex: dry grass,alcohol, paper,oils)
- Touch the door to check if it's hot and if it's hot don't go out through that exit because there's probably fire there.
- When you are evacuating, crawl your way out of the building so that the smoke doesn't do much damage
- Evacuate the house, go to meeting place and call 911
