- The next morning limp had woken up from the best sleep of his life. He put on his prosthetic leg and hobbled his way down to the kitchen for breakfast. The boys met him in the elevator. “Good morning boys!” Limp said happily. “Good morning” they groaned back.
- They finally reached the main level where the smell of french toast and fresh eggs with hints of orange juice filled the air. “Where's Mr.Lobster? '' Limp asked. Neither of the boys replied, they were too tired. “At work” a nice bubbly lady chimed in. “My name is Ms. Pufferfish '' she said with a smile.
- ‘He will be back for lunch then back to work and will make his last stop home for the day around 5 o’clock.” she said as she placed the warm eggs on the plates. “Would anyone like to help me go grocery shopping?” Ms. Pufferfish asked “I can!” replied Limp “We would, but we’ve got school, hey limp be home by two-thirty we have indoor swimming lessons then.'' Dobster added.
- While Ms. Pufferfish and Limp were grocery shopping he spotted a girl trying to steal some food. “Hey!” Limp said. The girl whipped around. “You can’t just take that.” Limp said calmly, but firm, but also so no one but her could hear him. “I’m sorry” the girl started to cry “ I can’t effored to pay for this, im homeless.” Limp remembered what this was like. “Here let's put the food back, come with me.”
- They reached their way back to Ms. Pufferfish. “Hi, my name is Elliefish.” the girl said. “Hello Elliefish, do you need something?” Ms. Pufferfish said in a sweet voice. “She is homeless and i was wondering if we could help her” Limp chimed in. “Oh dear, let's find you somewhere to stay” Said Ms. Pufferfish as she began to place the grocers in the car.
- When they arrived at the house Mr.Lobster had already made his way to the living room and was drinking some sea erchant soup. “Mr. Lobster do you have a moment?” Ms. Pufferfish asked. “Yes whats up” Mr. Lobster said. “I was wondering if poor Eliiefish could stay over tonight,” asked Ms.Pufferfish.
