- Form utility- changing raw materials and putting parts together to make a useful good Example= iron-steel- buses/cars/trucks
- I bought my Jeep with my credit card for $311 a month.
- Place utility- Where products are available for customers to buy Example- car dealerships
- A TV commercial helped me learn more about the Jeep before I purchased it.
- Wow, this makes so much sense.
- Time Utility- having a product available at a certain time of year or time of dayExample- having safe, affordable cars available before school starts
- Possession Utility- exchanging a product for some form on money Example- checks, gift card, cash, credit/debit
- Information Utility- communicating with customers about a product Example- brochures, advertisements, displays
