I sure am blessed to be able to go to this hospital anytime I'm sick or have an injury
You sure are kid, a lot of people in the world aren't as fortunate as you and I.

Woah! Famous basketball star Michael Jordan, what are you doing here?
Came here for a quick checkup. Unfortunately there are a lot of people in Gaza who aren't able to do something as simple that.

Where are we?? And what's going on
We are in Northern Gaza where there have been many attacks such as this one on and in the vicinity of medical facilities despite the numerous number of doctors, patients, and civilians around the area. Almost all of the hospitals in Northern Gaza have been severely damaged or completely destroyed in only the first 2 months of Israel's war against Hamas.

Patients who are sick or unable to move were simply waiting to die due to no hospitals functioning in northern Gaza.
The laws of armed conflict must be enforced in a more extreme manner to protect important medical facilities and personnel against war crimes.

"That what should be protected facilities are being bombed, encircled and shot at by tanks, and that surrounding infrastructure, ambulances and roads are being hit, affecting efforts to treat patients, evacuate facilities and deliver aid" (Polglase par. 11). As you can see below many hospitals had to evacuate as many patients as possible and put them at risk although hospitals and other medical establishments should be protected by the international humanitarian law.
This is a good example of visual bias which catches more people's attention and usually alerts them how serious something is once they can actually see it instead of hearing about it. According to Gladstone, "News that has a visual hook is more likely to be noticed" (9). This relates to the press accounts of torture that had appeared sporadically through 2003 into 2004 but people only started to notice it once they saw the pictures.

Reports have been made on CNN that explain how Israel has accused Hamas command center being underneath the medical complex and that the group has used it to hold hostages therefore making the attacks justified or fair but still cruel.
This is a good example of fairness bias which according to Gladstone, "Journalist will bend over backward to appear balanced by offering equal time to opposing viewpoints, even when they aren't equal. Often they bend to the right, to evade the charge of liberal bias" (13).
