- Long time ago, there was a happy family living all throughout the body. The tissue family are so body on their jobs in the body. They never seen other because they prioritize their works. Today their having a reunion talking about their lives.
- After their late mother died, Stem Cell Silvia the children made a promise to always have a time for the family, at least once a month.

- They all arrive to the annual family reunion one by one and begin catching up...
- Epithelial Alara: My family and I recently moved outside the body into the Base Membrane Neighborhood . My boss offered me the jobs of protection, secretion, absorption, and sensory perception. I'm so excited, but my husband Epithelial Batsabe and the children are getting so sick because of bacteria in the apical surface, we may have to move soon.
- Connective Caleb: I'm sorry about that. I am between homes right now, I was living in the Knee but our human had an injury and connective construction is repairing it right now. I volunteer at the Knee and it's a really slow process because the cartilage is so dense and avascular. I'm so busy providing support, holding structure together, and protecting our body, but I really want to study my extracellular matrix as a hobby.
- Muscular Champion: Well I have some good news! I think my kid is going to be striated like his old man, but my wife insists he's going to be smooth. We bought a home in the Heart but some of our friends moved near the stomach and other muscles. I got a job in the Heart helping it contract and shorten to produce movement. My wife is out of the Heart and is traveling between the stomach, uterus, and blood vessels, helping line them.
