- This scene shows how Macbeth's guilt has manifested into Banquo and shows how much mental trauma that he is experiencing from these killings, and gives us an insight into just how frightened he is.
- There is an open seat right there Macbeth.
- What are you talking about dear, there is nobody there. What do you mean he is there? That is not possible.

- Why do you look so displeased with us Hecate, what have we done?
- How dare you give prophecies to a spoiled brat, who cares about nothing but himself, and all without involving me. Go away and meet me in the pit by the river in hell. I will make something horrible happen
- This scene is important because it shows that the witches have a higher power that they take orders from and that he is angry with them and is about to make something horrible happen, which is making Macbeth feel comfortable so that he he becomes vulnerable
- Slide: 3
- This scene tells us that Macduff has fled to England to team up with King Edward, so that they can create a plan to overthrow Macbeth. This is vital to the story because it directly opposes Macbeth and cause him to do harsh things. It also tells us that an all out war will be coming soon.
- You're allowed your own opinion but weird things have been happening around here. Macbeth pitied Duncan after his passing and Banquo went out walking too late.
- It was so loyal of him to kill the servants accused of the murder of the King instead of giving them the time to deny their crimes
- He should return quickly.
- Duncan's son Malcolm, who had the birthright to the throne, is residing with King Edward and Macduff. He wants to form an alliance with their people to help us. We sent for him to come back but he shooed us off.
- I hear the Macduff is no longer favored by the king because of how he speaks about him and that he did not show up to the feast.
