- I am not really sure that I understand this topic and what we are supposed to do in our groups for this activity.  I do not want my peers to think that I'm not smart.  I think instead of making a mistake and looking like I'm incapable, I will instead choose to distract the learning of others.  
- Remember Class, you are being evaluated on how well you participate and how much you effort you put into your own learning.  You are worth much more than your grades. You will be recognized for working through any struggles you overcome during your learning and not just for test scores.
- I know that my teacher wants me to put forth my best efforts and that she will support me through any challenges.  She has created a classroom environment where I can trust that she and my peers will help me through critique, praise and positive feedback. It will be better for me to accept that sometimes I may fail but as long as I am trying my best and learning from any mistakes I will continue to grow and reach my goals. 
- I am ready to put forth my best effort!
