- As Dr.Larusso was going for her rounds, she noticed an old man who was at the peak of dying which broke her heart
- Sir, did anyone tell you about your health condition you are facing right now,did any doctors consult you?
- Yes, a doctor did consult me. He told that my heart is my failing and needs surgery. But I don't have an insurance, he told that the surgery is not possible

- As Dr. Suhani heard this, she ran towards Dr. Nishant
- Doctor there is an old man in the emergency room who is going in for a heart failure . But, he does not have an insurance.... we should do something for him
- Oh, I am the doctor that consulted him. He has no insurance, so no surgery. You do know the protocols.

- But why would you do that, he is just a stranger to you , anyways you are responsible for your actions. Do not bring the hospital into this . I will do what you told me to do now
- You know what, I'm going to pay for his expenses. Doctor prepare an operation room, and get me the heart donor ASAP
