- Did you know U.S. business culture is typically less formal and less hierarchical than other countries? Fellow Employees tend to greet each other by first name. We have a relaxed way of communication and dress.
- You're right Ryan! We will be visiting The White House today and we call him "Mr. President" to be respectful and represent his authority.
- Woah! That is interesting. I know you said we are less formal but what about The White House? They always call the president Mr. President, Why is that?
