- Big day tomorrow Anne! Are you excited?
- Hi! My name is Anne! This is the story of the butterflies in my head.
- I met my first butterfly the night before my first day of school.
- I love the swings
- I couldn't fall asleep. The butterfly was flying around too much.
- The butterfly followed me onto the school's in the morning. I was excited to start school, but I was also a little nervous.
- After lunch we went outside to play. There were some kids playing on the swings.
- Anne! Its time to go to the dentist!
- When I tried to join them I met another butterfly, and I stopped. I couldn't walk over to play, I was nervous.

- My butterflies stayed with me for the rest of the day. At home, I couldn't feel the butterflies as much.
- My mom called to me later that day. It was time to go to the dentist. I felt my butterflies come back .
- The dentist is very nice, but the big machines and the big plain office makes me worried. Thats when I met my third butterfly.

- The next day, I met my forth butterfly.
- When I stood up in front of the class everyone was looking at me.
- I couldn't speak. The butterflies in my brain were flying too fast.
- The butterflies won't go away. Why am I the only one with butterflies?
- When my mom asked what was wrong I told her about the butterflies in my brain.
- She told me that these butterflies come from my feelings of anxiety. When I worry I get a butterfly.
- My mom said its ok to get butterflies. We all get butterflies sometimes.
- By talking to my mom about my butterflies they flew away!
- When my butterflies come back I know how to let them fly away.
